1. Our Products
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices on dickies.eu are accurate. Colours may vary depending on your screen settings. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
2. Placing an Order
To place an order you must be 18 years of age or older. Select your products, choose a shipping method and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email. The purchase contract is concluded when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
We may decline an order if: information provided is incomplete or incorrect; products are out of stock; we suspect fraudulent activity; or we have reason to believe products are intended for resale. If we decline your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund where payment has already been taken.
3. Payment
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is charged upon shipment confirmation. Your payment details are processed securely by our payment service provider.
4. Shipping and Delivery

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You may return products within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact our Customer Service before the 30-day period expires.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all tags attached. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method as the original purchase. Return shipping costs are covered by Dickies.
6. Legal Guarantee
All products come with a 2-year legal guarantee against defects in conformity. If you receive a faulty product, please contact our Customer Service. We will repair, replace or refund the product as appropriate.
7. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lugano, Switzerland. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
SPORTLUX SWISS SA is the sole seller of record and merchant of record for all purchases made through this website.
