Return policy
For orders placed from April 20th to May 20th, please raise your return request within your My Orders section.Then, contact customer service dickies.cs@sportlux.com to request return label. It will be sent to you by email. Customer service will advise regarding the drop off locations.
You will need to print the return label, pack the order in your original box (different boxes can be used, but we strongly encourage recycling where possible) and attach the new label, ensuring the original label is covered.
Once your return has arrived at the warehouse, you will be contacted by customer service to provide your bank details in order to proceed with your refund.
The whole process, from when you've handed the parcel to the carrier to when the refund is visible on your account, can take up to 14 days.
UK Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept your return within 30 days.
Our Returns Process
It can take up to 5 working days for us to receive your return from the carrier.
Once the return has been received and processed at our warehouse, we’ll send you an email to confirm your refund has been processed. This can take 4-5 business days after we’ve received the returned item from the carrier.
Your refund may take up to 14 days to show on your account, depending on the method of payment you used.
HOW TO MAKE A FREE RETURN
1) Start your return
Sign in using the email you used to place your order, click on your order, then on ‘return order’. Select the reason for the return and place the return request.
You will receive an email containing a link to Royal Mail portal. Once you click on the Royal Mail link, you will need to insert your order number and place the return request.
This will generate the return label, that must be printed.
2) Pack the products with the return label
Pack the order in your original box (different boxes can be used, but we strongly encourage recycling where possible) and attach the new label, ensuring the original label is covered.
3) Bring your box to the drop off point
Drop off the package at the preferred selected Royal Mail location within the opening hours where the person will scan it ready for it to be picked up at the drop off point.
4) Wait for return confirmation and refund
You'll receive an email update as soon as your returned products have been received and processed. This might take up to 4-5 business days after we've received your return. The whole process, from when you've handed the parcel to the carrier to when the refund is visible on your account, can take up to 14 days.

Right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with the products you received or have simply changed your mind about purchasing them after we have e-mailed you your Order Confirmation, you can return them within 30 (thirty) calendar days of delivery of the products and get a refund.
This is a right of withdrawal that you can exercise without penalty and without giving any reason. Please note that while the products remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition.
In case of returns for change of mind (right of withdrawal), you will be fully reimbursed apart from shipping costs for express delivery, if you had chosen this shipping method.
Legal guarantee for faulty goods
In addition to the above, we recognize the statutory 2-year (or the longer period that may be set forth by your local law) guarantee for product faults. A product is "faulty" if received damaged or where a manufacturing or material fault occurs within 2 years (or the longer period that may be set forth by your local law) from the purchase. Please note that products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
You can return faulty products within 2 years of your receipt of the products and get a full refund, including any shipping costs, as applicable.
If you have received an incorrect (different than displayed in Dickies Shop) or damaged item you can return it within 30 days from the shipping date. Please follow the standard return process and select 'Item was defective' as return reason.
If the 30 days return period has expired and the item is faulty, you have 2 years from the date ordered to file a warranty claim. Please contact our Customer Care through our Contact Us page to assist you in returning your item(s).
EU Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days.
